John Lyons, MSPT, MCMT, OCS

John Lyons was born and raised in Scranton, PA. He completed his degrees from Ithaca College, NY.

John Lyons was born and raised in Scranton, PA. He completed undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. John started practicing in 2002 at John Heinz Institute of Rehab Medicine in Wikes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2004 to continue his professional development. John has achieved a Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy from Hands-On Seminars in New York focused on trigger point release, myofascial release and joint mobilizations. He is also Board Certified in Orthopaedics by the American Physical Therapy Association. These certifications allow John to provide advanced manual therapy techniques helping all patients. His career in Las Vegas has focused on orthopedic treatment and rehabilitation. John believes every patient is unique and requires personalized attention and care. John founded and opened Lyons Physical Therapy Downtown/Central in 2015, Lyons Home Care in 2018 and Lyons Physical Therapy Summerlin/Southwest in 2019.

Colton Cardon, DPT

Colton Cardon was born and raised in Pleasant Grove, UT. He began his studies at Utah Valley University where he studied human physiology.

Colton Cardon was born and raised in Pleasant Grove, UT. He began his studies at Utah Valley University where he studied human physiology and its response to exercise, receiving a degree in Exercise Science. While completing his studies he also researched the effects of simulated altitude training on aerobic capacity, as well as the biomechanical effects of stabilization running shoes. He then continued his education at Touro University Nevada where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with academic honors. He conducted research on the Chester Step Test was published in the Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapy Journal. Colton believes that every patient requires a unique and personalized treatment. Colton currently lives in Henderson, NV where he loves promoting healthy lifestyle changes and helping patients get back to doing what they love.

Will Perry, DPT

Dr. Will Perry is a licensed Physical Therapist in the States of Nevada, Utah, Texas, and Arizona.

Dr. Will Perry is a licensed Physical Therapist in the States of Nevada, Utah, Texas and Arizona. He completed his Masters of Physical Therapy from Wichita State University where his clinical rotations focused on rehabilitation of injured athletes. He went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University-- Arizona School of Health Professions in Mesa, Arizona. He grew up playing football and basketball and is what sparked his interest in human movement patterns and functional anatomy.

Dr. Will Perry has worked with a wide range of patients with orthopedic pathologies throughout his career. He has worked with numerous professional, college and high school athletes, including NFL players, and Extreme Sport professional athletes. He has been a part of the rehab team for the Arizona Cardinals Football Team and on the medical team for Red Mountain High School in Mesa Arizona. He utilizes manual therapy techniques, functional exercise and injury prevention strategies to optimize movement patterns in individuals with various orthopedic injuries. He is also the founder of “Speed Kills” Agility and Speed Training Program for young athletes.

David Tatlock, PT

David Tatlock hails from Indiana and has been a physical therapist for 26 years. David attended both Purdue University and Indiana University.

David Tatlock hails from Indiana and has been a physical therapist for 26 years. David attended both Purdue University and Indiana University, where he graduated from physical therapy school with research and academic honors. After graduation, David completed a sports medicine fellowship under the training of Dr. James Andrews and Kevin Wilk, PT while helping provide rehab and care for the Auburn University football, basketball and baseball teams. David’s main area of expertise is orthopedics, but he has worked with many neurologic conditions. David was the founder of a program that trained athletes as a strength and conditioning specialist in Dayton, Ohio called ESP, and eventually moved to Las Vegas where he provided care for the acrobats and performers of Cirque Du Soleil at the show “KA”. David also enjoys performing with his band “The Soul Juice Band” on the Las Vegas Strip at the House of Blues and spending time with his wife and two daughters. David sees patients in our Downtown/Central Office.

Apichai “Ole” Haisupa, MSPT, COMT

Apichai graduated from Chapman University in 1998 with a Master of Physical Therapy degree.

Apichai graduated from Chapman University in 1998 with a Master of Physical Therapy degree after completing his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine in 1995. He has been a practicing physical therapist in the Las Vegas Valley for more than 20 years. This includes over 10 years of home health experience treating a variety of conditions from cardio-thoracic surgeries, orthopedic surgeries, functional debilities due to a recent hospitalization, traumatic brain injuries and strokes.
His outpatient therapy background includes a certification in manual therapy from M.A.P. S. holding roles as a clinician progressing to management of multiple outpatient physical therapy clinics.
This experience and friendship lead to partnering with John Lyons to develop Lyons Home Care. Ole shares our goal to provide optimal home care for personal injury patients.
Most patients, friends and family know Apichai simply as “Ole.” Outside of Physical Therapy, he enjoys golf, keeping up with the Oakland (Las Vegas) Raiders, the Golden Knights and trying out new handyman projects. Ole and his wife spend their free time with their daughters and playing with their golden doodle “Cooper”.

Melissa Hernaez, PTA

Born and raised in Santa Maria, CA. Melissa graduated from PIMA Medical Institute’s Physical Therapy Assistant program in March 2019.

Born and raised in Santa Maria, CA and a native of Las Vegas for seven years. Melissa graduated from PIMA Medical Institute’s Physical Therapy Assistant program in March 2019. She is one of the few candidates to have a perfect score on her national licensure exam. She has over ten years physical therapy experience as a technician and has been with Lyons Physical Therapy since 2017. Melissa is also fluent in Spanish while treating patients at our Downtown/Central Office.

Daniel Corona, PTA

Daniel is from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2017.

Kathryn Martin, PTA

Kathryn graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2018. She graduated from PIMA Medical Institute.

Kathryn passed her national licensure exam in January of 2023. She has been with Lyons Physical Therapy since January 2019 assisting patients in our Southwest/Summerlin office.

Mikaylia is born and raised in Las Vegas. She graduated this year from Oregon State with her Bachelors in Kinesiology.

Andrea Haag, LMT

Andrea specializes in all types of professional and therapeutic massage including sports injury and prenatal, in addition to rock blading.

She loves to help her clients feel reduced tension with her knowledge of massage and relaxing nature. She received an Associates of Fine Arts at Truckee Meadow Community College and graduated from the European Massage Therapy School of Las Vegas in 2013. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Andrea joined the team at Lyons Physical Therapy in 2017 and treats patients in our Downtown/Central Office.

Emily has been a licensed massage therapist in Las Vegas for almost 10 years. She specializes in many different types of massage.

Emily has been a licensed massage therapist in Las Vegas for almost 10 years. She specializes in many different types of massage, but enjoys working in post-accident/ injury care the most. Emily joined the team at Lyons Physical Therapy in 2022 and treats patients at the Durango office. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenagers, watching hockey (Go Knights, Go!) and training her adorable goldendoodle, Juniper.

Luis Vargas

Luis is originally from Manhattan, New York and lived in Las Vegas for 16 years. He graduated from Illinois State with a bachelors in Medical Biology Science in 2007.
