
David Tatlock, PT
Physical Therapist
David Tatlock hails from Indiana and has been a physical therapist for 26 years. David attended both Purdue University and Indiana University, where he graduated from physical therapy school with research and academic honors. After graduation, David completed a sports medicine fellowship under the training of Dr. James Andrews and Kevin Wilk, PT while helping provide rehab and care for the Auburn University football, basketball and baseball teams. David’s main area of expertise is orthopedics, but he has worked with many neurologic conditions. David was the founder of a program that trained athletes as a strength and conditioning specialist in Dayton, Ohio called ESP, and eventually moved to Las Vegas where he provided care for the acrobats and performers of Cirque Du Soleil at the show “KA”. David also enjoys performing with his band “The Soul Juice Band” on the Las Vegas Strip at the House of Blues and spending time with his wife and two daughters. David sees patients in our Downtown/Central Office.
